Sleeper screws

Sleeper screws are used in the rail fastening systems for fixing either the rail base plate to mainly the wooden sleeper or bearer or for fixing the elastic clip or tension clamp to the concrete sleeper. In Central Europe the sleeper screw types “Ss” of the German railways are wide-spread. We can offer full range of sleeper screws of type “Ss” to our customers. We can also offer sleeper screws with trapezoid threads.

However, the Hungarian National Railways Co. uses similar but still not identical with the “Ss” series sleeper screws. The frequently used types are “C”, “K”, “H”, “KL” and “V”.

We can offer and supply sleeper screws produced according to customer’s drawing as well.
