Assurance of Quality

All of our suppliers are manufacturing plants, directly supplying us or to our partners their products. All of them maintain comprehensive operation according to the prevailing European standards for quality management ISO 9001, environmental management ISO 14001 and occupational health and safety assessment series OHSAS 18001, under continuous surveillance and control by accredited organisations for the control, audit and certification of management systems implemented by our manufacturer partners.

All products and components marketed by us or in collaboration with us, are manufactured, tested and certified for premium quality corresponding to appropriate European standards, and where it is required, they also have the approval of the relevant national authorities as well as approved supplier status from the national railway companies of numerous European countries.

The managements of our partner companies regularly control the processes of the implemented quality management system in order to optimise all operations of the company by focusing on the continuous internal improvement and thus always to be able to meet even the most sophisticated requirements of customers, as we also do ourselves.

In the course of the development of its system of assurance of highest quality standards by means of quality engineering (QE) and quality management (QM) procedures, our manufacturer partners endeavour to review and analyse all requirements and needs regarding their services, and draw up the measures to be taken to achieve conformity in specified and integrated project plans and use integrated procedures to implement them. Continuous monitoring and improvement are accompanied with regular follow-up and analysis of the values preferred by customers, and with the elaboration and application of procedures for preventing failure due to human error, in order to successfully implement total quality management (TQM), the tool to achieve business excellence and the highest level of customers' satisfaction.

Our partners as we also are committed to the protection of the environment. By establishing a control framework of the environmental management system and operating the system all of our partners strive to stop or minimize the load of the environment from harmful emission caused by industrial activities. To that end they give preference to the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies.
