Anti-slide utensil

In case of low speed station tracks, sidings and industrial tracks the direct mode of rail fastening is still in use, however in most cases by employment of base plates, where the lateral forces are taken up and distributed evenly among the sleeper screws by the ribbed base plates with a 1:20 or 1:40 inclination. In case of direct mode of fastening, the rails are protected against longitudinal displacement deriving from the movement of temperature as well as from the braking power of the rolling stock by anti-slide utensils. They are applied directly at the sleepers on both sides, fixing the rail longitudinally to the sleeper. Anti-slide utensils may be applied on rail tracks built with any type of rail from 49E1 to 60E1 rails with both concrete and wooden sleepers. We can offer and supply all variants of anti-slide utensils type Mathée I to our customers.
